<p>Exercise device, with two rod like gripping elements (12, 13) which are connected to a carrying element (11). The carrying element (11) is annular and has an inner diameter allowing it to be engaged with a part of the body, e.g. a foot and/or the waist. The gripping elements (12-14) protrude from the carrying element (11) and are connected resiliently thereto. The gripping elements (12, 13) in their initial position form a mutual angle of between 100 DEG - 150 DEG , but preferably 120 DEG .</p> |
