<p>The method involves mixing the constituents of the molding compound, and pressing of the molding compound into a green part at a temperature, at which a binder does not, hardens. A liquid component of the binder is replaced with a powdered- solid resin as a part of the molding compound partially, so that the water content in the finished molded part is less than 9 weight percent of the binder, based on the mass of the finished molded part. The powdered resin solids, of the molding compound, are added before or after the introduction of the liquid component of the binder.</p> |
