METHOD FOR SCREENING INHIBITION EFFECT OF MELANOSOME TRANSFER INHIBITOR BY MEASUREMENT OF SIDE SCATTER

PURPOSE: A method for screening the effect of an inhibitor which suppresses melanosome migration is provided to screen the effect from SSC analysis by flow cytometry. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening the effect of an inhibitor which suppresses melanosome from SSC(side scatter) comprises: step 1 of coculturing melanocytes and keratinocytes without the inhibitor; step 2 of adding the inhibitor and coculturing the melanocytes and kerationocytes; step 3 of measuring SSC of the keratinocytes after step 1; step 4 of measuring SSC of the keratinocytes after step 2; and a step of determining the effect of the inhibitor.
