摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing porous metal hollow fiber and ballast management for vessel including the same are provided to enhance the capacity of delamination in comparison with the method of forming a single layer and forming a multi layers, simplify the process with no treatment process such as coating and reduce the costs of production. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing porous metal hollow fiber comprises; a step to manufacture a metal precursor solution, a step to manufacture a metal precursor by releasing the metal precursor solution through multiple nozzle, a step to manufacturing a porous metal hollow fiber precursor by heating and oxidizing the metal precursor and a step to sinter metal hollow fiber precursor. A step to manufacture the metal precursor solution comprises the following steps. The first step is to prepare a first metal powder chosen from transition metals of which size averages 0.005-3 micrometers in diameter, oxide from the transition metals and alloys. The second step is to prepare a second metal powder chosen from transition metals of which size averages 3-20 micrometers and is 0.5 micrometers longer than the size of the first metal powder, oxide from the transition metals and alloys. And the products made in the first step and the second step dissolves in a polymer solvent.
