MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MULTILAYER METALLIC HOLLOW FIBER HAVING POROSITY

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a porous metal hollow fiber filter is provided to manufacture affordable and porous metal hollow fiber filter, has multi layers for continuously manufacturing precise filtration filter and reduce production costs due to simplified process and with no treatment process after coating process and ballast management for vessels is provided, too. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a porous metal hollow fiber filter comprises; a step to manufacture metal precursor solution by dispersing one type of metal powder chosen from transition metals, the oxide and alloys of the metal powder to a polymer solution, a step to manufacture a multi layered metal hollow fiber precursor by releasing the metal precursor solution through a multiple spinning nozzle(300), a step to manufacture a porous metal hollow fiber precursor by oxidizing the multi layered metal hollow fiber precursor and a step of sintering an oxidized porous metal hollow fiber filter.
