PURPOSE: An OTP key generation module, generation method and a communication device using the same are provided to maximize security by generating a one-time password using a voice. CONSTITUTION: A voice input unit(10) receives a voice of a transmitter. A sampling unit(20) performs sampling for a unit period on an input voice from the voice input unit. An OTP group generation unit generates a key group of OTP by digitalizing and scaling the sampled value. A synchronized information generation unit(40) generates an OTP key sequence number used to be in the generated OTP key group and synchronized information at the synchronized time point. An encryption unit(50) encode an OTP key and voice signal designated in the synchronized information generation unit.
