PURPOSE: A regenerative burner fuel nozzle cooling apparatus capable of preventing the thermal deformation, corrosion and damage of a nozzle by superheat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form the cooling coil of a burner nozzle into a spiral shape, thereby implementing effective heat exchange between the cooling coil and the nozzle body of the burner nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle tip(110) is placed on the leading end of a nozzle body(100). Fuel is sprayed through the nozzle tip. A cooling coil(200) is wound into a spiral shape on the outer surface of the nozzle body. Cooling water flows inside the cooling coil. A first refractory material is molded in order to cover the outer surface of the nozzle body and the cooling coil. A second refractory material is molded in order to cover the outer surface of the first refractory material. |
