PURPOSE: A wireless communication module integrated optical disk drive and the electronic device having the same are provided to utilize a space inside the electronic device by implementing an antenna unit and a wireless communication circuit unit in a case including optical disk drive parts. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication module integrated ODD(optical disk drive)(1) includes an optical disk drive(10) and a wireless communication module. The optical disk drive includes a case(11). The wireless communication module is formed in the case. The wireless communication module includes a cable(40). The cable connects an antenna unit(30), a wireless communication circuit unit(20) and the antenna unit and the wireless communication unit.
