PURPOSE: A DC-DC converter control circuit is provided to prevent the interception of power when surge voltage occurs. CONSTITUTION: A transformation part transforms input voltage applied to a DC-DC converter into low voltage. A comparator(32) compares transformed low voltage with predetermined reference voltage. A circuit breaker part(33) intercepts output voltage of the DC-DC converter according to a comparison result. The circuit breaker part intercepts input voltage applied to the DC-DC converter according to the comparison result. The DC-DC converter includes condensers(C1,C2,C3) connected to an power input terminal and condensers(C5,C6) connected between an output terminal and earth.
