<p>PURPOSE: A thyristor assembly is provided to constantly control cohesive power between a heat sink and a thyristor by moving a cylinder body using the pressure of air injected to a chamber. CONSTITUTION: A chamber(530) is located in a pneumatic cylinder(53). The chamber is divided into a first chamber(531) and a second chamber(532) by a cylinder body(533). One side of a cylinder rod(534) is connected to the cylinder body. An air inlet is formed on the first chamber and the second chamber, respectively. A switch(52) to select the air inlet is located on the outer side of the pneumatic cylinder. The switch is connected to an external power source(51).</p> |
