The panel (1) has multiple stiffeners (6) provided on a surface (4) of a panel part (2), where each stiffener comprises a base (8) pressed against the surface of the panel part, and a core (10) is oriented orthogonally with respect to the base. A longitudinal edge (10a) of the core is integrated to the base. The stiffeners comprise multiple notches (20) that cross another longitudinal edge (10b) of the core opposite to the former edge such that the notches extend toward outsides of the stiffeners. The notches are distributed evenly along a longitudinal direction of the core. The panel and the stiffeners are made of a composite material comprising fiberglass and carbon fibers mixed with resin.
