PURPOSE: A quakeproof switchgear device is provided to safely protect a switchgear from an outer impact by reducing a strong impact from the outside through a first quakeproof member and a second quakeproof member. CONSTITUTION: The top and bottom of a first quakeproof member(30) are combined with the bottom of a switchgear and a floor respectively. The top and bottom of a second quakeproof member(40) are combined the bottom of a switchgear and a floor respectively. The second quakeproof member is formed by laminating plural cone type panels. A balancing member(50) maintains balance through up and down movements of the switchgear. A hole is formed on the center of the second quakeproof member. The first quakeproof member is installed in the second quakeproof member.
