(100) [0 v w] NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET WITH EXCELLENT MAGNETIC PROPERTIES

摘要

PURPOSE: A (100)[0vw] non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic characteristics is provided to obtain a crystal orientation at low costs within a short time by employing heat treatment in a reducing gas atmosphere instead of in a vacuum condition. CONSTITUTION: A (100)[0vw] non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic characteristics comprises 0.005 wt% or less(over 0) of C, 2-4 wt% of Si, 0.05 wt% or more(under 1.0 wt%) of Mn, 0.0001-0.035 wt% of S, 0.20 wt% or less(over 0) of Al, 0.2 wt% or less(over 0) of P, 0.003 wt% or less(over 0) of N, and the remaining amount of Fe and inevitable impurities. The size of the average crystal grains on the sheet surface is equal to or greater than the thickness of the sheet.
