PURPOSE: An electronic brake with an embedded rotation number detecting sensor is provided to obtain a braking function and a motor rotating number detecting function at the same time, thereby integrating the rotation number detecting sensor and the electronic brake. CONSTITUTION: An electronic brake with an embedded rotation number detecting sensor comprises a stator(3), a fixed pressing plate(7), a spacing ring(6), a pressing plate(5), a lining(8), a porter interrupter(9), and a motor shaft(2). A through-hole comprising a spring insertion groove(31) and a sensor insertion groove(33) is formed in the center of the stator. The fixed pressing plate is joined to the spacing ring to form homocentricity with a central shaft(21). The spacing ring is installed between the stator and the fixed pressing plate to form the homocentricity with the central shaft. A motor shaft insertion hole is formed in a central portion of the pressing plate and installed in between the lining and the stator to form the homocentricity with the central shaft. The lining is joined to the motor shaft to be arranged between the fixed pressing plate and the pressing plate.
