PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to easily get rid of bubble on water wastes released to river or sea to prevent water pollution caused by the foam. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises; a buoyant member(20), a fixing member(25), a bubble dispersing member(40), a filter(50) for controlling bubbles and a spraying part(60) for getting rid of bubbles. Two buoyant members are arranged in a parallel way to allow a path(21) for the foam of waste water and effluent(10) to be formed in a entrance where the waste water and effluent pass through. The fixing member is equipped in a parallel with the two buoyant members. The bubble dispersing member is fixed in the entrance of the path with the fixing member. The filter is fixed behind the fixing member of the bubble dispersing member to simultaneously control bubbles and induce removing bubbles. The spraying part which is connected to a pump(70) is equipped in front of the bubble dispersing member and the filter for controlling bubbles.
