PURPOSE: An electrical steering lens antenna is provided to control the voltage applied to a plate having a concentric structure made of ferroelectric and to control the direction of a main lobe. CONSTITUTION: A round plate(1) is made of a ferroelectric material. A high resistance electrode(6) is positioned in the upper part of the round plate. A resistance transparent electrode is positioned in the lower part of the round plate. A first high conductive electrode(2) is positioned in the central part of the high resistance electrode. A second high conductive electrode(3) is positioned along the edge of the high resistance electrode.
