PURPOSE: A magnesium palette capable of reducing logistical costs by reducing a transport fuel is provided to reduce the weight of a palette with a certain strength maintained and to reduce the environmental contamination by re-use. CONSTITUTION: A palette is made of a magnesium material. The surfaces of a beam and a plate are surface-treated with the plasma-electrolytic oxidation. The surface of the plate is etching-treated to have multiple concavo-convexes formed. The plate and the beam are combined by self-piercing riveting. Multiple sub-beams(12) are positioned respectively in a certain distance on both sides of a center beam(11). The body frame(10) includes the center beam and the first front plate(13) fixed on and combined with one side of the front surface of the sub-beam. At least one mobile beam(21) is inserted into one side of the center beam or the sub-beam and moves with sliding on the center beam or the sub-beam. Multiple moving frames(20) includes a second front plate(22) fixed on and combined with one side of the front surface of the mobile beam. The mobile beam having a larger diameter than that of the sub-beam inserted into the inside of the mobile beam is movable toward the direction in which the moving frame is orthogonal with the longitudinal direction of the center beam. The center beam is provided on one plane of the center with a spacing support component(14) protruded or recessed by the elasticity of a spring. A first mobile beam(21a) inserted into one side of the sub-beam moves with sliding on the sub-beam. A second mobile beam(21b) moves with sliding on the center beam and has an opening toward the center beam. |
