PURPOSE: An injection leakage sensing apparatus and an injection leakage sensing method are provided to rapidly determine whether an injection solution leaks or not. CONSTITUTION: An injection leakage sensing apparatus comprises a pressure detection unit(111) for sensing the pressure change around blood vessel, a temperature detection unit(112) for sensing temperature change around the blood vessel, a resistance detection unit(113) for sensing electrical resistance change around the blood vessel, and a determining unit(114) for determining whether an injection solution is leaked or not based on the detected results.
