PURPOSE: A bicycle chain gear device is provided to remove ice on gear teeth and to enable safe driving on a slippery lane. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle chain gear device comprises two chain gears(2). An adjusting rod(8) is coupled to the upper end of a foot rod(7) through the adjusting groove of an adjusting plate. A bolt is inserted through the adjusting groove of the adjusting plate. The chain gear is integrated with a main gear(1A) at the center of the foot rod. The rod bolt and a net gear are inserted into the center of the chain gear and main gear. The chain gear rotates by being engaged with the main gear. A skate blade is coupled to the pipe groove.
