C-conveyor between two different levels

The C-conveyor has a conveyor table deflectable in the conveyor direction and rigid in the cross direction and connected by holder rods (27) to first and second conveyor means formed by link chains (24,25) which are looped over pairs of gear wheels (14 to 23). At least one of the links, independently of the number of conveyor tables of the inner link chains is designed as a U- or C- shaped yoke bar (30) whose dimensions correspond to the diameter of the holder rod (27) so that when the chains are located in one plane the bar engages round the holding rod. The bar has two bar sections set outside of the link chain so that the movement about a gearwheel is not restricted. The holding rod can remain in the guide pulley area at its point in the conveyor table so that it does not have to be mounted displaceable in an oblong hole on the conveyor table.
