PURPOSE: A boundary block for sidewalk and road is provided to easily maintain horizontality when the boundary block is installed by fixing a leveling piece to one side of the ceiling of a tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A boundary block for sidewalk and road comprises a tunnel(110), a leveling piece(120), and a fixing unit. The tunnel is formed in a square shape, and both sides thereof are open. The leveling piece is protruded from the left or right of the tunnel and fixed to one side of the ceiling of the tunnel.
