摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing thermoelectric materials using core-shell structured nano materials and the thermoelectric materials manufactured by the same are provided to reduce thermal conductivity by simultaneously implementing a grain phonon scattering due to thermoelectric matrix materials and a scattering effect due to a nano dispersion. CONSTITUTION: Solutions with dispersed nano powder and surfactants are made. Solutions with thermoelectric material metal salt are made. The made solutions are mixed with reducing agents. Nano power with a core-shell structure is made. Solutions mixed with core-shell nano powder, bismuth acetate, tellurium salt, and surfactants are made. The reducing agent is added to the mixture. The mixture with the reducing agent is heated. Thermoelectric materials with dispersed nano materials are made.
