PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF GRAPHENE OXIDE/MWCNT FILM-BASED SUBSTRATE FOR LDI-MS

PURPOSE: Preparation and application of graphene oxide/MWCNT film-based substrate for LDI-MS are provided to efficiently detect small molecules. CONSTITUTION: A graphene oxide-fixed substrate is manufactured by dipping an aminized substrate in graphene oxide aqueous suspension. The graphene oxide-fixed substrate is washed and dried. The dried substrate is heated. The graphene oxide-fixed substrate is dipped in aminized MWCNT(MWCNT-NH2) suspension. The graphene oxide/MWCNT-NH2-thin film substrate is manufactured.
