PURPOSE: A mobile payment mediation system is provided to mediate a financial transaction and a transfer between portable terminals by providing an online ID card used as a credit card or a bank account to a portable terminal user. CONSTITUTION: A card company registration module(110) registers card company information for mobile payment. An online ID card management module(130) requests card information about an online ID card to a financial company server. The portable terminal progresses payment with a credit card or a bank account by using the online ID card through an access mediation module(120).
