FIELD: medicine; prophylaxis of professional skin diseases; may be used in mining industry, in production of graphite and graphite-made articles, space research, in production of printing tapes for typewriters and electrodes widely using carbon black. SUBSTANCE: existing ointments and pastes (hydrophilic and hydrophobic ones) for protecting hand skin do not possess anticancerogenic and desensibilizing effect. Inventive novelty resides in additional introduction of alpha 30-% tocopherol and sodium phusidin at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: ascorbic acid, 1.0-3.0; alpha 30-% tocopherol, 1.0-3.0; lanolin, 29.0-31.0; peach-kernel oil, 290.-31.0; sodium phusidin, 3.0-5.0; distilled water, the balance. Use of preparation prevents pustules on hand skin and protects it against cancerogenic effect of hydrocarbons contained in petroleum and coal. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbln
