SUBSTANCE: device for separating product from conveyor belt has separating knife in zone of belt outlet drum by means of which product is separated from belt. Separating knife is secured at both sides in guide slides, each rigidly coupled with corresponding support carriages and provided with line guides for linear displacement of separating knife in parallel with axis of rotation of outlet drum.
