摘要 PURPOSE: A block type strengthening vegetable-mat manufacturing method and an inclined surface construction method thereof are provided to have supporting force for firmly enduring against an external force like earth pressure and reduce a process number of vegetable-mat using natural fiber. Return the blended fiber which is not integrated by separating the surrounding blended fiber which is not integrated from the integrated vegetable mat sheet by compression heating or needle punching. The integrated vegetable mat sheet is laminated in the molding frame(70) of block type strengthening vegetable mat. Process secondary compression heating or needle punching to the vegetable mat sheet laminated in the block type strengthening vegetative mat molding frame. Cover an outer cover sheet consisting of the blended fiber at the surrounding of block type strengthening vegetable mat. An outer cover sheet is formed by forming the blend fiber into a strip-shaped to wind the circumference of a body. A natural fiber is selected from a coier, jute, hemp etc.
