PURPOSE: A method for evaluating disaster sign data and a device thereof are provided to evaluate a risk degree to which a risk degree of a past case is applied by using a pre-stored disaster case database. CONSTITUTION: A communication interface unit(110) is formed to connect a device(100) with an Internet network. A user interface unit(120) displays all kinds of information from the device. A storage unit(130) stores disaster sign data. A database management unit(140) modifies or adds a pre-stored disaster case. A determining unit(160) determines a risk degree of disaster sign data. A control unit(170) controls each structure included in the device.
