<p>PURPOSE: A heterogeneous network based data simultaneous transmission service apparatus and a method thereof are provided to recognize a connection state of a network according to a reception state of a state maintaining message and to change a network for partial data transmission. CONSTITUTION: First and second communication units(120,130) transmit a state maintaining message through a detection target network. A control unit(110) supplies the state maintaining message corresponding to event generation. The control unit requests confirmation of the detection target network. The control unit transmits partial data to the other network through the detection target network.
