摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A braze alloy for high-temperature brazing and a method for repairing or producing components are provided to bond a replacement piece, which is made of a super-alloy of a single crystal or one-directionally solidified, to a damaged component. CONSTITUTION: A braze alloy for high-temperature brazing is a Ni-based, Co-based or Ni-Co based braze alloy. The braze alloy comprises a first metallic powder component(2) which has a nanometer particle diameter, and a second metallic powder component which has a micrometer particle diameter. The surface of the second powder is thinly coated with the components of the first powder. The braze alloy additionally comprises a grain boundary-stabilized atom as an alloy atom of the first and second powder components. The grain boundary-stabilized atom is selected from B, C, Hf, Re and Zr. The first and/or second metallic powder components of the braze alloy additionally comprises at least one melting point depressant with the same content as a normal braze alloy composition.</p>
