The present invention relates to genetic engineering, and provides a novel process for sialylating glycoproteins. In the process said proteins are incubated with recombinant yeast cells expressing a sialyltransferase enzyme as a fusion protein with Hsp150 DELTA carrier in the porous cell wall. |
