PURPOSE: A device for installing and replacing billiard cloth and a method thereof are provided to cover a stone plate with billiard cloth. CONSTITUTION: A device for installing and replacing billiard cloth comprises a fixing unit(20) which is placed on the circumference of billiard cloth, and a tension unit which connects the fixed unit to the body of a billiard table and pulls the billiard cloth. The fixing unit comprises a strip plate in which a plurality of penetration holes are formed, a clamping bolt which is inserted through the penetration hole, and a fastening nut. |
