PURPOSE: A grain puffing apparatus is provided to enable users without skills to produce puffed grains to easily produce the puffed grains, and to secure the safety of the users. CONSTITUTION: A grain puffing apparatus includes a pressurizing cover, an operating cam, a sensor, and a user interface unit. The pressurizing cover(120) pressurizes an autoclave(110) with the predetermined pressure. The operating cam rotates by the torque of an elevating drive source(210) for elevating the pressurizing cover. The sensor detects the location of the operating cam and a grain transfer unit. The user interface unit sets the puffing temperature, the puffing quantity, the reserved operation time, or the supplying quantity. |
