PURPOSE: A connection structure and method for a pipe, a processing device and method for a pipe, and a pipe processed thereby are provided to prevent first and second steel pipes from being separated from each other by preventing the movement of the first and second steel pipes. CONSTITUTION: A processing device for a pipe comprises a drive shaft(120), a driven shaft(130), a shaft rotating unit(140), a power transmission unit(150), a shaft moving unit(160), and first and second beading rollers(170,180). The driven shaft is arranged in a row with the drive shaft and is moved separately from or closely to the drive shaft. The shaft rotating unit rotates the drive shaft. The power transmission unit transfers power transferred from the shaft rotating unit to the driven shaft. The shaft moving unit moves the driven shaft. The first beading roller is installed in the drive shaft, and one end of a second pipe(2) is inserted into the outer periphery thereof. When the driven shaft is close to the drive shaft, the second beading roller plastically forms an insertion portion(20) on one end of the second pipe inserted into the first beading roller.
