PURPOSE: An organic thin film magnetoresistance sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the sensitivity of a sensor by reducing the thickness of a protection layer. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate(20) is made with melt extrusion technology or solvent casting technology and is composed of PC(polycarbonate) substrate, PET(polyethylene terephthalate) substrate, PES(polyethersulfone) substrate, PI(Polyimide) substrate, PEN(Polyethylene Naphthalate) substrate, AryLite substrate or COC substrate. An electrode layer(21) is formed by partially compressing the flexible substrate. A magnetic sensor layer(22) is formed on the electrode layer and the flexible substrate. A protection layer(23) covers a part of the magnetic layer and the entire of the magnetic sensor layer.
