PURPOSE: A system for recycling the carbonized products of sewage sludge and EPR waste is provided to generate solid fuel based on waste by recycling domestic sewage sludge and EPR waste and to be self-operated without the external supply of fuel. CONSTITUTION: A system for recycling the carbonized products of sewage sludge and EPR waste includes a sludge storing bath(2), a dehydrated sludge mixer(30), a drier(40), a cyclone(60), a collision type dehumidifying column(66), a sludge carbonizer(70), a gas buffer tank(105), an economizer(116), a filtering and dust collecting unit(120), and a wet type washing column(121). The drier receives and dries sludge from the dehydrated sludge mixer. The cyclone receives exhaust gas from the drier and collects dust from the exhaust gas. The collision type dehumidifying column is in connection with the cyclone. The sludge carbonizer carbonizes dried sludge from the drier. The gas buffer tank stores exhaust gas from the sludge carbonizer. The economizer receives exhaust gas from the boiler. The filtering and dust collecting unit filters exhaust gas form the boiler. The wet type washing column is in connection with the filtering and dust collecting unit and washes exhaust gas from the filtering and dust collecting unit to discharge washed air. |
