PURPOSE: A ring for a hinge and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing time and costs by automating manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a ring for a hinge is as follows. A round bar is cut(S100). A rounded surface is formed on one surface of the cut material(S200). A scratch for forming a first concave groove is formed on the other surface of the material(S300). A first slope is formed in the scratch formed on the material(S400). A second concave groove is formed on one surface of the material, and a second slope is formed in the second concave groove(S500). A ring is formed by boring the first and second concave grooves.
