摘要 PURPOSE: A robot for removing algal bloom from a settling pond is provided to reduce energy consumption by supplying driving power to the robot using sunlight and to reduce the exhaust of carbon. CONSTITUTION: A robot for removing algal bloom from a settling pond comprises a main body frame(110), multiple drive wheels(120), cleaning brush units(150,160,170), an automatic charging terminal(118), a limit switch(114), and a controller(140). The drive wheels are connected to a power generation unit(125) of the main body frame and move along a water channel of a settling pond. The cleaning brush units are connected to the main body frame and clean the wall, bottom, and/or weir of the water channel. The automatic charging terminal is selectively connected to a ground terminal(11) of a charger of a robot station to be automatically charged. The limit switch is coupled to one side of the main body frame and senses whether the robot enters the robot station. The controller is electrically connected to the limit switch and controls the operation of the automatic charging terminal, the power generation unit, and the cleaning brush units.
