PURPOSE: A magnetite nanoparticles-dispersed polymer composite film is provided to enable the application to a magnetic hyperthermia treatment, to prevent the restenosis of a stent, and to ensure a medical treatment effect of killing malignant tumor by the heat. CONSTITUTION: A magnetite nanoparticles-dispersed polymer composite film is such that magnetite nanoparticles are dispersed withing a polymer resion. The magnetite nanoparticles comprises super-paramagnetic particles which is s saturated to a fixed value if a predetermined magnetic field is over but in proportion to a magnetic field. The magnetite nanoparticles-dispersed polymer composite film has hydrophobicity. The magnetite nanoparticles has primary particles having a diameter of 1~100 nm and secondary particles having a diameter of 10~200 nm. |
