摘要 A steering system is provided to reduce steering burden of a driver in low speed, and to reduce sensitivity of steering reaction in high speed by applying a variable steering gear ratio according to car speed in a steering angle exceeding a predetermined critical value. A steering system(100) comprises a steering angle sensor(120), a car speed sensor(110) and an electronic control unit(ECU,130). The steering angle sensor detects a steering angle according to steering handle operation during car driving. The car speed sensor detects car speed. The electronic control unit calculates a steering gear ratio of the car by using the steering angle detected in the steering angle sensor, and controls steering of the car according to the steering gear ratio.
