PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting undifferentiated embryonic stem cells and a sorting method using the same are provided to separate the undifferentiated embryonic stem cells from an embryoid body and to prevent contamination of stem cells. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sorting undifferentiated embryonic stem cells comprises: a cell flow channel(110) with a flow path of a sample stem cell including undifferentiated embryonic stem cells; and a cell sorting pattern(120) which is formed inside the cell flow channel in a diagonal direction and converts moving direction of the undifferentiated embryonic stem cells.
