PURPOSE: An optical member, a display device having the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reflect light coming into a base layer by protrusions. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength conversion member comprises a host(510), multiple wavelength conversion particles(520), and a protective film(530). The host surrounds the wavelength conversion particles. The host can support the wavelength conversion particles and protective film. The host can be made of polymer. The host comprises a base layer(511) and multiple protrusions(512).
