PURPOSE: An optical member, a display device having the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve transmittance and to reduce moisture and oxygen transmittance. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength conversion member(300) comprises a host(310) and multiple wavelength conversion particles(320). The host surrounds the wavelength conversion particles. The host uniformly disperses wavelength conversion particles thereinside. The host is made of a transparent material. The host can include thermoplastic resin.
