PURPOSE: A cargo lashing device is provided to firmly fix cargo on a deck by firmly installing a lashing unit to a coupling member installed on the deck made of a structural sandwich plate. CONSTITUTION: A cargo lashing device comprises a coupling member(10) and a lashing unit. The coupling member is installed on a deck(1) and has a coupling space in the center. The lashing unit is detachably coupled to the coupling member. The deck is made of a structural sandwich plate having a through-hole. The coupling member is coupled to the through-hole.
