PURPOSE: A concentrating photovoltaic power generating device and a method for manufacturing a receiver housing are provided to simplify the entire configuration by integrating a receiver housing to seal a receiver with a secondary optical element. CONSTITUTION: A primary optical element(12) primarily concentrates sunlight. A receiver(16) includes a solar cell(14). A base plate(18) is combined with the receiver. A receiver housing(20) is combined with the base plate and seals the receiver and includes a secondary optical element(30) which secondarily concentrates sunlight.
