PURPOSE: A composition containing soybean fermentation by Bacillus sp. KH-15 is provided to prevent, treat, and relieve diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating diabetes contains soybean fermentation by Bacillus sp. KH-15(deposit number KACC 91100) as an active ingredient. A food composition for preventing and treating diabetes contains the soybean fermentation as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the soybean fermentation comprises a step of fermenting soybeans with the Bacillus sp. KH-15. |
