摘要 PURPOSE: A primer set and/or probe for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis and nontuberculous mycobacteria are/is provided to enable clinical diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: A primer set which is specific to nontuberculous mycobacteria 16S rRNA gene contain a forward primer of sequence number 22; a reverse primer of sequence number 5, 6, or 7; and a reverse primer of sequence number 8. A probe for detecting the 16S rRNA gene contains a base of sequence number 23. The 5' terminal of the probe is labeled with fluorescence of FAM, VIC, TET, JOE, HEX, CY3, CY5, ROX, RED610, TEXAS RED, RED670, or NED. The 3'-terminal is labeld with fluorescence inhibitory substance of 6-TAMRA or BHQ-1,2,3.
