PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a shunt current by forming an insulation layer in the end of a separated rear electrode. CONSTITUTION: A thin film solar cell includes a substrate, a first electrode(20), a light absorption layer(30), and a second electrode(40). The first electrodes are separately arranged on the substrate. An insulation layer is formed in a surface where the first electrodes face each other. The light absorption layer is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the light absorption layer. |
