PURPOSE: A series voltage compensation device of a photovoltaic system is provided to always use voltage of whole solar cell plate by adding a compensation voltage to the solar plate in serial. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of solar cell plates(100,110,120) generate voltage. One or more solar cell plate groups(200,300) are connected to a connection switch(400) in parallel. The connection switch includes a respective contact point selectively connected to a diode side contact point and a relay. A undervoltage generator(500) generates an undervoltage through a separate solar cell plate. A solar cell plate voltage measuring unit(600) measures a voltage of the solar cell plate group. A system controller(700) selectively connects the relay by controlling the contact point.
