PURPOSE: A thermo-hygrostat is provided to improve the heat exchange efficiency for a heating heat exchanger, which is applied to a heating module, by using a heat pipe, thereby implementing a heating function for air with more quick and high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-hygrostat includes a cooling module(30), a heating module(40), and a humidifying module(50). The cooling module(30) is applied with a second heat exchanger(400) in a refrigeration cycle. The refrigeration cycle comprises a compressor(100), a first heat exchanger(200), an expansion valve(300), and the second heat exchanger(400) so that refrigerant circulates in regular sequence. The heating module(40) is applied with a heating heat exchanger(500) which heats air with heat exchange by using hot refrigerant which has passed through the compressor(100). The refrigerant, which circulates in the refrigeration cycle, passes from the compressor(100) to the first heat exchanger(200) by way of the heating heat exchanger(500). The heating heat exchanger includes a heat storage tank(510), a refrigerant flow pipe(530), a heat pipe(540), and a heat radiation pin(550). Both ends of the refrigerant flow pipe(530) is connected to an inlet port(511) and an outlet port(512) so that the refrigerant flows. Air is heated by heat exchange between the heat pipe(540) and the heat radiation pin(550).
